Study On The Newtype Polymerization Paving Asphalt And Its Pavement Performance

With the rapid development of highway infrastructure, demands for high quality paving asphalt increased greatly.Thus, it is of great urgency to develop domestic high quality paving asphalt and bring forward guidance for its development and performance improvement.On the basis of relative research results at domestic and abroad, this paper focuses on the performance of newtype polymerization paving asphalt refined from TaHe heavy viscous oil,which comes from Jingshi asphalt corporation of china petrochemical corporation.With the comprehensive analysis of crude oil constituent,technology of refining and analysis of chemistry mechanism,influences of production techniques to performances of newtype polymerization paving asphalt were conducted on the basis of penetration grade experiment and SHRP grade experiment, put forward to the technique standard of the newtype polymerization paving asphalt.moreover, Through AC-16 and AC-20 gradation design,The newtype polymerization paving asphalt mixture and experiments of its pavement performance were conducted.And compare with performance of commonly asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture,which have provided the necessary technical bases and references for its application.
