Designe And Implementation Of Workorder Scheduling System In Power Telecommunication Network

In power telecommunication network, Workorder scheduling plays an important role in both improving its management and enhancing its competition ability. In this paper, it analyzes the current situation of workorder scheduling management in Beijing power telecommunication network, discusses the necessity and urgency of implementing an intelligent workorder scheduling management system, and summarizes the practical requirements of the system. According to the analysis and modeling to the current resources' status in Beijing power telecommunication network combined with its special requirements, a workorder scheduling management system is designed and implemented. It was proved by practice online that the system is UI friendly and easy to operate. It not only can monitor current resources in network real-time, execute workorder scheduling and examine workorder scheduling history, but also have high scheduling efficiency and strong expendability. It was integrated with online comprehensive network management system in Beijing power telecommunication network, which highly improves the performance of the comprehensive network management system. It provides solution to problems brought by manual workorder scheduling methods as well as gives a certain referent value to other similar resource scheduling management system in telecommunication network.
