In the major cities of China, with the implementation of bus priority strategy, the scale of public transportation expands all the time. However, due to the lack of advanced scheduling method to deal with the extensive public transport network, the increase of infrastructure not only didn’t improve the quality of public transport services, but also increased the complexity of bus operation and management. Because of the scheduling technology development lags behind, the intelligent process of bus scheduling and the development of public transport has been seriously blocked. Therefore, the study of reliable, scientific and reasonable bus scheduling mode which is suit for the development of future public transportation is necessary. The subject of research, mainly to provide a theoretical basis for the scheduling system finding a more reliable and intelligent scheduling methods.To acquire the work status of the buses and reasonable transport management, this paper studies the traffic stream under different management modes based on intricate network theory. In this paper, author firstly analyses the basic management method, influencing factors and target management function according to the existed literatures, Proposed to bus scheduling mathematical model based on the maximization interests of passengers and public transport enterprises.Secondly, built a model of "one road one route" by Matlab, and analyzed two modes:"Non-uniform grid scheduling and uniformity of departure interval scheduling ", obtained the distribution law of Headway of Vehicles" under the different scheduling methods.At last, defined the non-security front spacing of the public transport vehicles under the "one road one route model ", and concluded how different management modes impact vehicle status.Then, authors built a road double lines simulation model based on a model of one road one line, and in two conditions of two lines with the same and different departure time, studied vehicles driving characteristics under different departure models,distributed regulars of space headway indicates that the changing of depart ure intervals and methods will have an impact on bus operation. In the process of analyzing public traffic network model, and get public transport network model use to analyzing and building models through the simplification of reality operation network bus. And based on this model,we carried out the related research for building the bus dynamic network model under two conditions of the uniform and non-uniform grid spacing, put forward the rule method to establish the bus network model though the principle of site network model, and carried on the correlation analysis of the basic characteristics of the network.Finally, based on the bus scheduling main factors, analyzed the theoretical basis of the bus scheduling optimization methods; and proposed the optimization method of adjusting the grid spacing based on the analysis of the optimization process cost and optimize the system requirements,.At last, gives the general process of the bus Scheduling optimization methods.
