The Research Of Workflow-based Ship`s Section Task Scheduling

This paper studies the problem of tasks` division and resource optimization in ship`s section production of large shipbuilding company, The number and variety of resources are large, for example material, equipment and worker, which are concerned in the section production, and different departments in company have different management about resources, so it is important to manage resource unified. The task formulation is based on the abilities of production job-shops in departments, so it`s also important to master the disposal capacity of job-shops. Reasonable arrangement of production operation makes a great impact on resource utilization and production efficiency, and also makes impact on production costs. As so on, combined the theory of workflow, this paper proposed a task schedule process combined resource-driven and scheduling algorithm, this schedule make a precondition for workflow running. These are the research contents in this paper:Firstly, Analysis of ship section business processes, making a data model of task processes about resource constraints of operation and production targets in different production stages. Analyzing this model and getting key factors.Secondly, form this production targets, this paper proposed resource-driven workflow production task architecture, this architecture takes SOA, makes unified formal rules for resource and service, and makes unified XML description. It put resources in different departments under a unified management platform, realize collaboration within the enterprise. At the same time, based on the .NET workflow engine, this paper makes process component for process of task production, so planning department use this component to formulate different task. This component joins the resource monitoring and producing message notification, takes workflow running mode and monitored resource-driven to manage prepare and running state of task and message notification, this mechanism makes information communication in enterprise.Thirdly, for the complexity of equipment and worker in task production execution process, this paper use ant colony optimization algorithm to optimize the normal distribution of tasks as to important resource utilization and task complete rate. And for the abnormal task, this paper uses this monitor in the workflow to arrange production reasonably. For the schedule is note suitable for production by emergency tasks, this paper improves ant colony optimization algorithm for calculation of re-distribution of tasks in order to meet the targets of the enterprise.Lastly, on the above research, this paper analyzes requirement of ship`s section production task, adopts object-oriented and Web Service method, designs and realizes ship`s section production task management system, and verifies the system by actual data.
