As an effective direct way of protecting and enlarging wetlands area, Urban Wetland Park is rapidly growing recently. Author takes the planning of water-system in Urban Wetland Park for study, with access to literature, case studies, field surveys and integrated research, based on other related theories such as wetland ecological water demand, water purification and Runoff Pollution Control, and explore the basic theory framework of the planning of water-system in Urban Wetland Park. The framework consists of two parts:at first, the factors of the water system planning, which are the factors requiring emphasized considerations in the phases of construction project feasibility analysis and planning. Secondly, the content of the planning of water-system, including water distribution, water quality protection and embankments planning.It covers the basic pattern of water distribution, the basic measures to protect the water quality and the basic types of bulkhead,And following are the main results:(1) Summarizing experience in typical cases. Through investigating and studying water system of four typical cases,such as the London Wetland Centre, Jinghu Wetland Park in Shaoxing, Beijing Green Lake Wetland Park, Hangzhou West Wetland Park, extract several major issues in the planning of water-system in Wetland Park:an adequate supply water, a variety of wetland types and perfect measures of water quality protection.(2) Propose basal theoretical framework of the planning of water-system in Urban Wetland Park. By Summarizing related theories and analysis of typical cases, propose basal theoretical framework of the planning of water-system in Urban Wetland Park The framework consists of three parts:water distribution planning, protection of water quality planning and revetment plans.(3) Found three basic models of water system layout. Draw on the experience of the art of water layout in traditional garden, propose three basic models of water system layout:river type, island type, and lake type.(4) Practice research of the theory. This paper put the theory framework into the planning of water-system in the Songya Lake Wetland Park in Changsha County, sublimating the theory to the level of practical application, making itself more complete theory.The study has an important theoretical significance in the planning of water-system and scientific construction of Urban Wetland Park.
