With the quickening process of integration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city, Zhaoshan township where is in combining site of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city is in the new stage of economic take-off.Due to ever-growing water resource needs,and increasing worse water contaminate problem,flooding disasters being restricting development of the study area,there is a pressing need to carry out rainwater utilization planning of Zhaoshan township.This paper used remote sensing picture interpretation,field study,combining with GIS database, analyzed Zhaoshan region of the factors affecting water-use. To research and analyze about the water pollution in this area, by means of these,based upon rainwater utilization,tying to provide scientific grounds for the industries layout of Zhaoshan area.The main study results indicated that:(1)Research of topography,climate,water system,infrastructure,economic condition of study area showed that hill occupies about 65% in the study area total square measure,change of declivity is from 30°to 70°,range-ability is large,and natural vegetation is good.Topographic relief is great,but gradient ratio is high,therefore it is easy to cause torrential rains for a short time,maximum rainfall reaches 309mm in 24 hours.There is large quantity of water body with 280,but the connection of water body is seldom,linear water body shapes 3 sub-basin,lumpy water body is mostly individual water body. Traffic here is very developed,but such as water supply,power supply,communication system,garbage disposal and so on, infrastructure is weak.In general,Zhaoshan region region to carry out water-use planning in line with the practical requirements of economic development,ecological protection.(2) Using 3"S" technology and ecological theory to analyze all the impact factors,as well by means of rainwater data, to have made average confluence areal map.Building DTM model directly reflected rainwater load pressure in human active client area.Referencing sorts of city rainwater underlying surface by Nigel Dunnett and Andy Clayden, according to proportion that rainwater occupies of rainfall in different underlying surface runoff,underlying surface of study area is divided into 7 types with woodland,garden-plot,agricultural land,construction area and bare land,residential district,rock land and gravelly soil,hard paved roads,by way of MAPGIS,to know the underlying surface sorts distribution current situation of Zhaoshan area.Through 3 gradation of industry,agriculture,residence,to analyze humane needs of study area,according to water consumption of unit area, water consumption level of study area is divided into 5 grades.(3)Overlaying all the impact factors, to judge and analyze surface runoff volume,surface runoff speed,variation of water body and water level which are shaped by rainfall.surface runoff volume by rainfall comes from the sum of all the surface runoff by the underlying surface in confluence range,by means of calculations,Xiangjiang river directly gets 652200m3 -788075m3 precipitation without inpouring by tributary.To analyze surface runoff speed which is formed by rainfall,to make judgment by influence of those three aspect such as slope,rainfall and underlying surface, precipitation and vegetative cover of underlying surface is in direct proportion,quoting the formula which is invented by Govers and Nearing and the scholar at home,to calculate and analyze the surface runoff speed which is formed by rainfall.As far as rainfall causes the variation of water body and water level,it is divided individual water body and connected water body to analyze in study.In particular,it should be pointed out that when the connected water body is calculated,it is supposed as individual water body,as well added the sum of water volume of input and output,the needs of study and analysis were met,but meanwhile,load bearing of water body and specific variation of flow volume were overlooked,therefore,the calculated water level is higher than actual situation.(4)To complete rainwater utilization security pattern, mountain torrents security pattern and water consumption distribution pattern.On the basis of rainwater utilization security pattern and mountain torrents security pattern,by means of weighted superposition,to analyze comprehensive water security pattern of this area,in addition,by means of weighted superposition with water consumption distribution pattern,to make the rainwater utilization planning of Zhaoshan township.According to study,it shows that if systems organization of rainwater resource of Zhaoshan area is carried out,the water resource will be increased in dry year,normal year and wet year with 67 million cubic miles,93 million cubic miles and 107 million cubic miles respectively.Therefore,it is helpful to reduce the water disasters in study area,to regulate climate of study area,to improve natural environment,to maintain the ecological security,to provide the people's living environment better,and it will also provide data support for industrial layout and the general plan of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city.
