The acceleration of urbanization process and expansion of urban size are making more and more natural area into city construction area,it leads to a change in the structure and circular path of natural water,which results in flood disaster frequently in China.At the same time,traditional drainage mode make the rainwater discharged into receiving waters by municipal pipes directly,which leads waste of rainwater resources,as well as brings to pollution to the urban water environment.Therefore,paying attention to the overall value of water ecosystem and seeing the rainwater as valuable resources,building an ecological,safe and efficient urban rainwater utilization planning have important significance on the sustainable development of hilly city and its water environment.This paper through studies advanced theory and successful experience of urban rainwater utilization from home and abroad,aims at the disadvantages of traditional rainwater utilization planning and the negative effects of urbanization on hilly watershed system,emphasizes that the hilly urban rainwater utilization should respect its unique water characteristic from the angle of planning,manages urban rainwater from source,restores the natural circulation path of urban water,puts forward to urban rainwater utilization planning strategy on the basis of sufficient use and protection of hilly watershed system,which make important practical significance to the sustainable development of hilly urban.This study contains five chapters,followed by:The first chapter is the introduction of the whole thesis,which includes the research background,the research significance and purpose,the related concept,the research methodology,the innovation point and the research framework.The second chapter is the review of related research at home and abroad,through the collection of literature,summarizes the research achievements about rainwater utilization from home and abroad,which provides reference and experience for hilly urban rainwater utilization planning.The third chapter is the analysis of hilly water system and urban rainwater utilization planning.First,this chapter expounds the influences of rapid urbanization on hilly water system,and puts forward the drawback of traditional rainwater utilization planning combining with research,then makes a deep analysis to the unique characteristics of hilly watershed system from the density of rivers,the form of water,the landscape benefit of river and so on,and puts forward the concept of urban rainwater utilization planning based on the hilly water system,which provides a theory basis for the research of hilly urban rainwater planning.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures study of urban rainwater utilization planning based on the hilly water system,which is the main body of this paper.It takes hilly water system as the main line and puts forward the measures of hilly urban rainwater planning countermeasures from the macro,meso and micro view.The fifth chapter is a case study,Jiangxi Wanzai new town rainwater utilization planning is studied in this chapter to further elaborate the theory and view which the paper mentioned.
