Building functions mortar as a new green material has been one of the 15 key development projects which Ministry of National Building is encouragding.The Rock Building mortar mixed with zeolite powder was effective in improving the secretion of water.It can improve the pumping efficiency of mortar, and can increase the mortar strength, compactness, impermeabi- lity and frost resistance. Therefore, the study on the performance of mortar mixed with rock zeolite powder has important implications.Mortar compressive affects the compressive fracture surface features.How to use the mortar section morphology for quantitative characterization of its objective mechanical properties, is the hot spot of domestic and foreign researchers in the current. But on account of extremely complexity of mortars'internal construction and its fractured surface characteristics, the research on mortars'compressive strength quantitative characterization by means of mortars'compressive fracture feature is merely limited to the stage of qualitative analysis and half-quantitative analysis,so it hasn't form acknowledged workable quantitative analysis method hitherto. Therefore,if we can achieve quantitative analysis based on above-mentioned factors,it will make for the thorough research for structural mortars'qualitative analysis,which has positive impelling force for the correlative study's development such as structural mortars and so on .Adopting fractal geometry and combining experimentation, the thesis analysed the relativity of mortars'compressive strength and compressive fracure fractal characteristics and validated the new way feasibility by making use of simple and convenient cross-section images that it gets the compressive strength of materials section by number camera technology. This article probed into two account methods for three-dimensional compressive fracture surface fractal characteristics based on Matlab,expatiated the feasibility of the methods, the disadvantage and advantage of its application in structural mortars'compressive fracture surface and the relativity of compressive fracture surface fractal dimension and its compressive strength.And it analysed the best mixture rate of rock zeolite powder used as structural mortars additive.Additionally,it concretely explained the production process and experimentation points of mortars mixed rock zeolite powder which can be technology reference for researchers who engage in studying similar material fracture surface fractal characteristics.
