Network For Monitoring The Station Of Storage Battery Monitoring Based On CAN Bus

As a kind of chemical power widely used,storage batteries are applied in the occasions suCh as communication base stations,shipping,industrial sites and so on. However,life of the storage batteries would be shorten and even that there would be a loss in the economic benefits if they are not properly monitored,maintained and so on. So it is meaningful to design a stable,real-time and convenient storage-battery monitoring system.The storage-battery monitoring system designed in the paper has a core of CAN bus,which is stable,real-time,and has strong anti-interference,and so on. Based on this,the hardware platform and software platform are designed. The paper first introduCes the research purpose,meanings,and development status,and it deeply studies the CAN bus protocols and the embedded systemμC\OSII,and then it focuses on the process of designing and implementation of the subject from the hardware platform and software platform. The platform mainly contains of two parts of the master nodes and slave nodes. The master nodes can complete work including the whole underlying-data communication , the storage of historical data and communication with PC. The core of the slave nodes is a data collection module,mainly complete the function of collecting the work parameters of storage batteries. The software platform contains of underlying firmware and dedicated PC software. The underlying firmware completes CAN communication,document storage of historical data,communication with PC with the software of the embedded system. The PC software completes the functions of data documents analyzing and the real-time displaying of the batteries state.The original designing goal of the subject is realized after long time of spot test. The storage-battery monitoring system has already set up and is able to complete the tasks of monitoring the battery state stably and real-time in all kinds of working environment.
