With the development of the electronic technology. The application of data acquisitionand storage equipment is becoming more and more extensive.Designed and implemented aprocess for a certain aircraft tail cover separation test data acquisition and storage device, thedata acquisition and storage equipment, mainly to complete the separation process of theaircraft tail cover shot of each body and tail cover the dynamic parameters of the acquisitionand storage, and storing data for long periods, and with ground test equipment consisting of aclosed-loop system storage test, complete an online of various types of aircraft during the testreal-time monitoring and data logging, the remote reading capabilities.Through analysis of the overall composition and working principle of the storage testsystem, combined with previous data logger my school experience in the design, according tothe mission statement of the technical requirements, the paper describes the overall design ofacquisition and storage devices, design and implementation of analog and digital collectionfunction, which based on the SAMSUMG company’s research of NAND Flash data storagetechnology, system reliability-based design, and finally verify the feasibility of the programdesign through functional test and data analysis. In this paper, acquisition and storage devicecomprises three separate equipment, a elastomer data recorder, a tail cover editing and a tailcover data recorder. The tail cover data recorder composed by elastomers data logger moduleand tail cover specific data recording module. Editing and the tail cover specific datarecording module are used in conjunction with the tail cover separation test during "hardstart" signal to the "Ignition" tail cover signal between each parameter data, or "hard start"data about120s after the signal responsible for recording storage capacity of1Gbytes, therealization of48analog signals, two-way barrier used to store the digital signal acquisitionand distribution parameters. Elastomers data logger records from "hard start" to "fire" signals or "hard start" after a total of three-way external signal input data about120s between thestorage capacity of2Gbytes.At the end of this paper, the function of the data recording system is tested. Theperformance of the data recording system is analyzed according to the result. Test resultsshow that the data recording system can well meet the mission requirements, and has a highreliability.
