With the establishment of China's socialist economic system,power industry to introduce market economic system becomes a trend.In the establishment of the electricity market,fair competition becomes the most important and basic principle in the electricity market.The electric transmission in an opened market under the framework,one of the problems to be resolved is that transmission losses allocates to every user (include electric power producer and the user),that is,the allocation of power loss.Now there are many loss allocation methods.In systems or lines loss,the current superposition arthmetic aims at the determination of the allocation of power loss by replacing every user on the power or current,but the algorithm is complicated,long time computation.The algorithm based on the sensitivity theory meets the rapid computing time and reflects the slight net loss of each node that caused increasing of cost information in the whole network,which can provide good economic signals,through market means to facilitate the trend of net loss to the decrease in the direction of flow,reaching optimal power flow,improve economic efficiency,as well as guide the user the purpose of investment decisions,but can not consider slack bus to be borne in loss allocation,it is the actual loss allocation is unreasonable.For resolving the shortcomings of the above method,the author presents a slack bus consideration of the algorithm based on the sensitivity theory and a slack bus consideration of the current superposition arthmetic.Compared with the current superposition method,the sensitivity based method is more correctly and reasonably.The result shows that:when small changes in parameters of the branch parameter changes,the various power line losses apportioned to generations nodes also will change a lot.In the current superposition method,the numerical error changed little;while by using the algorithm based on the sensitivity theory, its numerical error has changed greatly.So the result of the current superposition method relies on network parameters little.In the price calculation to the users,providing a relatively stable allocation of power loss is required,large changes before and after the calculation of the allocation of power loss caused by small changes in network parameters is not conducive to the price calculations.Therefore,a slack bus consideration of the current superposition arithmetic is superior to a slack bus consideration of the algorithm based on the sensitivity theory.
