As a kind of special commodity, power caused loss is one of the important characteristics, in conveying process. Reducing the network loss of power supply system is not only the main content to save energy, but also is an important technical and economic indexes to measure and examine the production and management, in power department. It can play an important role to understand and stimulate the work about the loss management. Therefore, the calculation and analysis of network loss become more and more urgent. This paper was started from the relationship between nodal injection power and power loss, the detail contents about analyzing the networkloss followed.First, applying a method based on current superposition principle to analyze the influence between the nodal injection power and the network loss. In any established grid structure, based on power flow algorithm of Newton-Raphson pole form. Generators and loads are equivalent to the current source. Using current superposition principle, Thus identifing generators and loads the current component in branches. And deducing how many losses have the generators and loads undertaken form branches. Then the loss can be allocated to node generation power or node load power by using the proposed theory. In this basis, the relation of analytic solution between power supplies and branches power loss are set up, the expression of the injection power and the active power incremental transmission loss are brought forward. And then deduced the incremental transmission loss and compared with the other method—Transposed Jacobian Matrix method. Result of this method was verified better than Transposed Jacobian Matrix method.Second, applying the current superposition method of network loss to . calculate the the nodal electricity price. Considering the network loss to revise the nodal price, then compared and analyzed the calculate result between this paper method and transposed Jacobin matrix method. The method based on superposition current was verified. They can clearly describe nodal price constitutes in considerring networkloss. At last, the IEEE9 and IEEE39 bus system are used as examples. The results show that this algorithm has good effect.
