Applicaton Of The Comprehensive Benefits Evaluation Method Of Ecological Embankment

Ecological embankment is a new bank protection technique. The present domestic and international studies on ecological embankment mainly focus on its definition, type, implementation procedures, problems as well as attentions.In this paper, the ecological embankment project in the Chuanzhusi section of Minjiang River is taken as the case, the comprehensive benefits evaluation method based on GAHP(group analytic hierarchy process) and E-R(evidential reasoning) is introduced after introducing the thoery of GAHP and E-R, and the past reaerch results is generalized. Then, the evaluation index system of the comprehensive benefits of ecological embankment based on GAHP and the comprehensive evaluation model based on E-R are established separately. The evaluation index system analysis the ecological embankment from 4 perspectives of water conservancy, ecology, landsscape and economy; the comprehensive evaluation model mainly studied the use of E-R on the comprehensive benefits evaluation of ecological embankment. The main contents of this paper are shown as follows:In the first part, the existent reaserches on the the ecological embankment are summarized and the problem of the comprehensive benefits evaluation of ecological embankment is reviewed. Direct to the problem, the paper analysis the current research on the comprehensive benefits evaluation of ecological embankment and generalize the progress.The second part introduce the background of the ecological embankment project in the Chuanzhusi section of Minjiang River, and give the answer to why the comprehensive benefits of the project should be evaluated from several aspects of status and problems of the river, construction background and necessity of the project.In the third part, the evaluation index system of the comprehensive benefits of the ecological embankment project in the Chuanzhusi section of Minjiang River is established. At first, the index set of comprehensive benefits evaluation of a general ecological embankment is established, considering 4 aspects of water conservancy, ecology, landsscape and economy; The evaluation index system of the comprehensive benefits of the ecological embankment project in the Chuanzhusi section of Minjiang River is then determined by selecting the proper index from the index set; Finally, the index weight is determined by using GAHP.In the fourth part, the ecological embankment project in the Chuanzhusi section of Minjiang River is taken as the case, the comprehensive evaluation model based on E-R is established. At first, the E-R is determined by comparing several comprehensive evaluation methods; Each index reference factors is then determined after analysising the evaluation index system in detail and the comprehensive evaluation model is established; Finally, the ecological embankment project in the Chuanzhusi section of Minjiang River is evaluated based on the actual data.
