| Modern warfare sets a higher requirement for military communications network, which is in the process of being digital, integrated, intelligent, and broadband and other aspects. RCN, as a battle and the main body and developmental direction of tactical-level military communications network, becomes the hotspot for the military communication network research, while the reliable assessment of RCN is the main means of studying and assessing RCN communications network and also a challenge.Firstly, indicatrix system of measuring reliability of RCN communications network is established in the thesis. Through analysis of RCN's internal and external affecting factors, the hierarchical division of reliability measures is determined. On this basis, each level is analyzed and measured and indicatrix and calculation method of each level is given. Finally, the thesis constructs an intact framework of indicatrix system of measuring reliability of RCN communications network, and the rationality of the framework is analyzed.Then, as for uncertainties encountered in the process of assessing RCN communications network, mainly on each fuzzy and uncertain value of evaluating parameter, including incomplete information, the paper applies evidential reasoning approach to solve this uncertainty, describes and introduces the approach in detail, and then establishes the model of evidential reasoning approach to evaluating the reliability of RCN communications network .Finally, the paper, using the U.S. military's MSE system as a case in point and simulated data as an input, designs and develops experimental platform of the corresponding the model of evidential reasoning approach to evaluating the reliability of RCN communications network, and calculates the reliability of the MSE system under the four sets of analog input data, compares and analyses the results.The main innovation of the paper lies in two aspects: First, establishes a set of relatively practical and comprehensive indicatrix system of measuring reliability of RCN communications network; second, proposes evidential reasoning evaluation model for the previous proposed indicatrix system, and through simple experimental platform, verifies the feasibility of solving the model. Proposed indicatrix system and evaluation model provides an important reference value for the assessment of the reliability of our military RCN. |
