A Study On Rational Method Of Production Logistics' Of Workshop Based-on Value Stream

On the foundation of the research about present problem and layout methods of product logistics, the paper, proposes a rational method of production logistics of job-shop based on value stream, aiming at the disadvantages of existing layout methods, such as lack of relationship and dynamics. The method based on the Value Stream Mapping apply the cluster of product to the selection of value stream target, identify and manage the logistics bottleneck, realize the horizontal and vertical integration layout of product logistics of each level, reduce the non-added value activities effectively, and raise the value of the whole logistics system, optimizes the product logistics layout and enhances the feasibility and practicability of product logistics layout. It is an efficient way of laying-out and optimizing the product logistics.
