Logistics is becoming more and more important in Auto area. In general, the capital share of production parts will reach twenty percentage of the whole plant chain.So how to lean logistics production business has become a major issue of the major vehicle plant. Most of the vehicle plants has aimed at the fundamental goal of the lean logistics through the information system to help manage and standardlize the operation process.With the coming of industrial 4.0, based on the orginal vehicle factory logistics information system It is becoming trends to use the system to combine with more developed hardware device and its behind technique. Therefore the logistics system has derived from the assemblingly call, picking to voice and auto sorting by stocking lamp and other advanced information process, they further promote the development of the actual business process, in order to replace the former, manual Kanban card patrol line to the goods, artificial goods road chosen business model.The development of logistics information in vehicle factory is based on the background of the whole plant IT development, and with the rapid development of hardware as the core, application structure optimization as the push power, we share some new IT technology and it brings out totally different solutions With the popularity of network communication and related technology change, to ensure the technology requirement of lower the operation failure rate. Meanwhile the improvement of computer hardware level and reduction of the price, more and more repetitive logistics operation will be more simple business model which is influenced by information operation.With the improvement of people's living standard in our country, the sales volume of vehicle in increasing day by day. Almost each car factory production line has been pulled to the full load. Since the the original volume of logistics planning can not satisfy the requirement of production line any more, material distribution, line side storage area, too much cost of material stock, designing a set of high effiecint logistics system with the integration of related hardware is necessary. The system solution is a solution which combine the software with hareware. The system successfully resolved the interface with upstream system which CMP(part main data management), EPIC(supplier main data management system), GOB(production control system) and downstream system PLUS(material call off), SAP financial model are involved. It fully meets the material requirement of receiving, storing, on-line consumption, account management and label printing, at the same time integrate the products of RFID, realize the line ordering material, so as to improve the quality and effieciency of logistics operation and avoid the risk of line stop and duplication of investmentLogistics system is a general term. It integrated various models of logistics area.So they can make up a big information nest together, just to aovid any part isolations. In order to further enhance the operation accuracy and reducing labor costs, based on the original function, we integrated new technology like RFID, to fulfill our requirements in business side, set the side line to the goods button, so as to achieve the production line directly through the toggle button on the line side storage area and a storage warehouse, secondary to the goods pull mode.
