Along with the manufacturing industry to this technical widespread attention, the precision of prototpe is very important to it. So Study on the precision of SLA and control measures have very important practical significance and application value.The factors that influenced the precision of SLA are theoretical analysis and determined in this article, and the factors to the precision are introduced in detail. The foundational experimental study of prototpe based on the laser RP machine SPS600 and photosensitive resin DSM SOMOS 14120. To provide the knowledge source of increasing the experimental study of the precision of prototyping for this article through the optimized craft parameter.In the foundation of the craft of production and the precision of prototpe research of SLA, optimizes this complex actual combination optimization question in the craft parameter of SLA, by the solidify line width and the solidify depth took finally optimizes the goal, This article had found a method which multi-objextives optimizes, ha established SLA craft parameter optimized system based on Artifical Neuron Network (ANN) and simulated annealing-the improved genetic algorithm, thus obtain the most superior craft parameter combination.In view of ANN BP Algorithm's shortcoming, made the improvement from the structure and the algorithm.Use the improved BP Algorithm to establish the modelling and the simulation forecast subsystem for the SLA craft optimizes, in which can establish the high stable and the high precision relational model, may accurately forecast SLA prototype's precision control target.This article has deep research to the Genetic Algorithm (GA), made the improvement of its shortcoming, analysis each superiority of the improved GA and Simulated Annealing Algorithm (SA), let them union, put forward the simulated annealing-the improved genetic algorithm, which inheritance the overall situation search ability of the improved GA and the partial search ability of the SA, enhanced the speed of restraining, the precision and the stable.
