High-speed forging hydraulic press is a indispensable processing equipment in the product formation, along with the fast development of modernized industry, the people set more and more high request to the free forging's size precision and the productivity. The quick forging machine, designed in this paper, is mainly for upsetting, shrinking the mouth or diameter, butting, perforating and so on for pipe's processing technology, and has now been officially put into production by Shen Yang Hero Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., LTD.In this article, according to the implementing agencies' working conditions and demand action, the design of quick forging machine's function principle has been completed, and the pressure loss, the power loss and the radiation situation of hydraulic systerm has also been checked, this is to the conclusion that all the components in the hydraulic systerm is reasionable; On the basis, according to the actual situation in scene and the construction request, the structural design of the system was be completed by using the more popular three-dimensional design software ProE, this has provided a model reference for the equipment's manufacture production; Finally, the author made a preliminary analysis of the dynamic nature to this systerm, further discussed various parameters' change in the equipment working process, so could confirm the feasibility of the function principle design.In addition, the author participated in the on-site debugging and fault diagnosis to the equipment, and had a more thorough understanding to the problems existing in the design, many questions, suoh as the impact vibration when the forging mode was pulled out and the influence that throttle's opening made to cartridge valve's open-shut characteristic, also waits for further research.
