Hydraulic press is a basic manufacturing equipment manufacturing, it plays a decisive role in industrial production, it is one of the foundation of mechanical manufacturing equipment,along with steel, automobile, chemical, electric power, aerospace and other industries developed rapidly. Forging plays more and more important role in the national economy and national security. Heavy forging production capacity and quality is a measure of a country’s one of the most important indicators of the level of industrial development. countries around the world, both developed and developing countries, attached great importance to the development of forging hydraulic press.To meet the technological requirements and resolve hydraulic impact, allowing the system to work reliably, smoothly and meet the job requirements, based on the analysis of original 500 T hydraulic press, we transformating of hydraulic machines hydraulic system. Stiffness on suppressing the accuracy of hydraulic machine has a significant impact. Therefore, in this paper make simulation analysis of the upper beam of the press.In this paper mainly do the following work:(1) requirements for analysis of pressing process on hydraulic systems, clear device main technical parameters and structural functional requirements;(2) the design of the hydraulic system;(3) design of manifold block, fuel tanks and pumping stations;(4) mechanical modeling of 500 T hydraulic press, hydraulic modeling, optimization and simulation;(5) the installation and debugging of hydraulic system;(6) the oil press hydraulic system fault analysis and treatment;(7) the upper cross beam of hydraulic machine for structural analysis and optimization design to static finite element simplified model of beam and check the strength and stiffness of the beams.This paper research method mainly includes the analysis of the existing hydraulic press, through the parameters of scientific computing, modeling and design. On the beam finite element analysis, using the solidworks partition grids. At the same time for hydraulic press reform has laid a good theoretical basis, has wide application prospect.
