| Manufacturing process scheduling is a distribution of limited time and sharing-resources based on the manufacturing plan for every unit productive process. It is a feasible plan which is selected form a group of existent plans. With the increasing of industrial production process complexity and large-scale, scheduling optimization with computer, which is core technology of advanced manufacturing technology and modern management technology, becoming the key issue of enhancement of competitiveness, improvement of economic and social benefits of enterprises. Study on Chang'an Suzuki stamping production lines optimization, is a technology innovation research which taking enterprises as the leading role, market as orientation, with the combination of producing, learning and researches. It is a embody of translating research achievements into practical productive forces, and it is a practice of promotion of the development of the firms turns from mainly depending on the consumption of physical resource to mainly relying on the progress of technique, the improvement of labor quality and the innovation of management. It is of vital importance to promote the integration of information technology and industrialization, to innovate and to apply science theories and technologies, for enterprises to achieve comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.In this paper, the Chang'an Suzuki punch lines process system is discussed for the analysis of production schedule mode. And the relevant parameters are collated; strong presumptive cases are made out. Scheduling problems with the characteristics of discrete manufacturing process, integrated some of universality principle of multi-line discrete manufacturing process, the fundamental optimization model is built, which could be extended by the addition of condition parameters. The optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithm is realize to solve this problem by using VC++, a more efficient coded mode and encoded mode and sufficiency calculation method are designed to adapt the change of the model, which is used to solve the schedule problem. Through the induction of field parameters, predict and verify the validity of calculation of optimal scheduling in a simulated environment, it is more effective and more general than greedy algorithm or heuristic algorithm.After testing and project acceptance, the model and algorithm proposed in this paper can be used in Chang'an Suzuki punch lines, generated actual benefits; in addition, the optimization model and optimization algorithm presented in this paper are universal through the introduction of extended attributes. So there is a certain theoretical value of that and it is able to suggest theoretical guidance to some discrete manufacture parallel production lines. |
