The constant velocity joint driveshaft assembly is an important part of automobile transmission. It can coordinate the necessary traction and speed of vehicle under various driving conditions and ensure that the left and right wheels can adapt to different requirements. The quality and reliability of its work performance will directly impact on motorist safety, stability and comfort. So it must be tested strictly before it used. But there are no equipments can test the all parameters now.This paper discusses the structure, test parameters and test methods of the constant velocity joint assembly performance tester. Set up models of the transmission system, such as gear transmission mechanism, dead axle transmission mechanism, feed screw nut and toothed pulley transmission mechanism. Compare vector control method with direct torque control method. And uses direct torque control method to set up a dynamic simulation model of it to analyze the oscillation angle and moment system, and obtain the simulation curves reflecting the system performance. The results showed that the magnitude of load affects the response time and the torque ripple. To improve the torque ripple, design a fuzzy logic controller and the results showed that the fuzzy logic controller gives a high speed performance and low torque ripple, supplying theoretical basis for improvement of the tester system.
