Regarding the developing process of L Corporation 02A seating frame platform mass production project as background, the thesis study the improvement method of seating frame platform engineering development and quality control.The thesis makes a deep investigation of current domestic and foreign product platform, and combine the development of domestic automobile industry and current engineering develop and controlling status of automobile seating platform, then bring out the studying content according to the existing problem in company.Then the thesis analysis the root cause of the engineering and quality issues from the issue analysis of latest 02A frame platform. Using mechanics of materials analysis during developing process as theoretical method, and perform FEA analysis to find its failure cause.The thesis uses the man-machine engineering theoretic such as FEA to analysis the entire strength of frame platform. Compare the strength under different design condition, it provides sufficient theory for the issue improving.According to the fatigue test failure issue which can't be analysis by FEA method, the thesis uses bending modulus and safety stress calculation at fatigue breakage section to find the allowed stress and material thickness, so the feasible proposal of fatigue improving can be concluded, it gives a good basis for the issue finally resolving.The feasibility of improving proposal is fully approved through the real test validation in L Corporation test center. It's good reference example to similar issue in other project.Above improvement method makes 02A seating frame platform pass CHINA compulsory specification, EURO compulsory specification and N company's specification, and the quality also achieve well status, and the cost is reduced by VAVE method. The studying method of the thesis is a good example toward the other product platform, and also provides one good improving model of new product platform for company.
