With the rapid development of science and technology, more and more advanced technology has been applied to the daily production. Industrial production brought about by revolutionary changes in labor-intensive to knowledge-intensive. And combining with networks,databases,the development of automatic assembly line has been mature, and many companies started automation equipment updates and information system building. With the ERP, MES and other systems have been put into practical use ,the go-to-business equipment is put forward higher requirements, which would require a high degree of automation and information systems with the terminal function. These advanced devices can be achieved for the enterprise to improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, facilitate enterprise management purposes. However, the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry is still in the initial stage of automation, the equipment used by many companies are purchasing on behalf of the nineties, the low degree of automation, relying on cheap labor, can not adapt to modern production and management needs. This became the enterprises to improve productivity and management bottlenecks. Therefore, how the demand for domestic enterprises to develop the production of automatic production line control system has become the subject of this paper dedicated to the research.The background of this paper is the design engineering of auto parts manufacturer production line control system which is with automated manufacturing, automatic detection, network and database functions, so as to achieve business automation and information management needs. This detailed analysis of the system's basic functions required to complete implementation of programs, including automatic production line control, automatic visual inspection of pressure equipment operating conditions the choice of programs, on-line automatic detection and analysis of results, gathering product information, data storage and transmission , product information analysis and production line management-related functions. From the two aspects of hardware and software design and research, gives a concrete solution to complete the system design. Control system developed by a higher stability of the automatic press-fit and on-line detection to significantly improve production efficiency, has been put into actual production went.
