Process Management Research Of Hybrid Prototype Autos Based On Production Line

China’s auto market as the world’s largest auto market and the world’s largest electric car market,the major car companies competing to launch new models to maintain a competitive advantage in the fierce market. You need to have a prototype process to validate the production process,part quality,as well as various properties matching state experiments,before the new models listed。 a key factor in the trial process mainly automotive production cycle,production costs and vehicle quality. In this paper,we research the process of prototype of a hybrid vehicle,and how to ensure that the hybrid vehicle reaches trial like short production cycle,low production costs and high quality of vehicle assembly requirements. The preferred article describes the main theoretical basis status of the current domestic and foreign research of prototype production and mass production line,and then make a comprehensive technical analysis of mass‐production line and hybrid vehicle. In the full analysis of the production line and hybrid vehicles,the paper analyzes the possibility of hybrid vehicles produce in prototype workshop. Hybrid cars produce in prototype workshop have many difficulties,resulting in a hybrid vehicle can not produce in prototype workshop. To complete the hybrid prototype production tasks,We explore the feasibility of hybrid vehicles produce in mass production line. Hybrid prototype autos produce in production line can completely solved above problems,can effectively improve the hybrid prototype production efficiency and reduce raw Production costs,improve production quality.,there are some problems to be solved when hybrid prototype cars produce in the mass production line,Through full points Analysis of the problems encountered,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all sectors involved in the problem of personnel for various issue,have developed satisfactorily addressed measures to ensure that the hybrid prototype autos in car production lines smoothly produce.
