Due to the expensive price drawback of the three-phase signal generator with the high precision output in the current market, the high accuracy and low-cost three-phase six-way signal source is developed in this paper. The three outputs are voltage signals, while the other three outputs are current signals to simulate Three-phase ac. It can be applied to equipment calibration or measurmentThe reference signal is generated in the FPGA chip using DDS technology to achieve the design of programs in this paper. The six outputs are controlled in one chip to avoid the poor controllability, flexibility of using the large number DDS ASIC.The FPGA chip is the main core of the device, the output of the digital sine wave signal is converted by the D/A chips. The reference signal is generated finally after passing the blocking circuit where DC component is removed. Then output the signal after passing the current or voltage amplifier . The amplitude, frequency and phase of the output signal can be fine adjustment. Four parts are included in the design. They are the external control module, the reference signal module ,the current or voltage amplifier and feedback circuit .The practical significance of this design is firstly introduced in this paper, and the design goal of signal generator is also given. Then the theoretical basis of the design is introduced. Then the determination of the overall program is constituted an the specific schemes of design is presented. In the design of each module, the basic principles, device selection, the hardware circuit design and software programs are prepared in this several different ways. Finally, the signal source output and the future work prospects are analyzed.
