| Signal generator is also called signal source, commonly used as a test equipment of theelectronic equipment. Modern electrical equipment for the signal generator requirements inaddition to high steady precision, high reliability and high quality output waveform, alsocalls for its excellent load capacity. Usually adopt the way of combination of signalgenerator and power amplifier, to complete the high power output requirements. Along withthe vigorous development of the digital signal processor (DSP) and high-power powerelectronic technology, This paper proposes a power generator using power electronic devicebased on DSP to transform the electrical energy. The power generator can output highquality typical signals such as sine wave, triangular wave signal, square wave, sawtoothwave signal. loading capacity is very strong, but also to further expand as needed.The first work of this paper is the theoretical analysis and preliminary design ofhigh-power signal generator systems. Firstly, this paper gives the main circuit topologystructure, including transformers, rectifiers, power amplifiers, discusses and analyzes thecontrol strategy and working principle in detail; Then carries on the main circuitcomponents selection, gives the details of the design of main parameters of main loopprocess; Finally completes the hardware design and software design of the control system.On control algorithm, the three-phase PWM rectifier adopts double loop control algorithmof voltage outer loop and current inner loop, the power amplifier uses a simple outputvoltage loop control algorithm, and a simulation is carried out.On the basis of the first step, this paper produces a high power signal generatorprototype, test results show that the prototype has reached the expected goal. In this paper,the application of high-power signal generator also makes a preliminary discussion, thedevelopment of high-standard high-performance power signal generator has the very goodpractical value and realistic significance. |
