Concrete is widely used in various buildings for centuries. But with the growth of service, the weakness of concrete structures has appeared and that people have to take measures for its detection, reinforcement, consequently, the discipline of detection and reinforcement technology of concrete structures is formed. As it is not long after the subject appeared and it involves many other disciplines, the subject has not yet been thoroughly studied especially for the structures in marine environment. In the present, thesis investigation and study on the structure of domestic port. Then it is carried out and analysis on the damage mechanism of concrete structures is conducted. Detail introduction on the types of detection methods of the concrete structure used both domestically and abroad is made especially in terms of their advantages and shortcomings. Last, the article conducted a comprehensive inspection in the two berths of Dandong Port. Comprehensive application of the method is implemented in two berths of Dandong Port. Test results show that although the terminal has been reinforced previously by pasting CFRP, external post-tensioning pretested steel strand, pasting CFRP & external post-tensioning pretested steel strand, external post-tensioning pretesting steel strand & steel casing strand and other reinforcement methods to make it in reinforcement and restoration, secondary cracking appeared still appeared. To resolve the problem, ANSYS is used in the analysis on the beams and two kinds of reinforcement solutions were proposed with due consideration of the construction costs. Finally , we choose the second reinforcement solution for actual needs of the project. Through the reinforcing effect, the solution can meet the requirements of operation and security .
