With the economic development of our country rapidly, soeiety activities propose such more urged demand on production of electric power. As the same time, complex electric system calls for more security production. Many power cuts especially caused by natural disasters intimidate function of electric net severely. Ice calamity occurred at the beginning of 2008 resulted paralysis of backbone of electric net entirely in several provinces and it will be a gospel for everybody if some power generation plant can survive in that accident. What's the most effieient method to elevate security of power generation? That's FCB.FCB is such function that the unit of power cease plant power supply immediately when electic net fail down which will induce control system to maintain safe circulation of lower load supply to be plant spending electricity and to insure pause himself safely. Units with FCB function can effectively avoid the faulty of equipment caused by a sudden trip, and once the grid point of failure removed, the external power supply can be resumed immediately.In this paper, according to the simulation purposes, and on the basis of assumptions and predigestions, the dynamic model of turbine system for 300 MW units is established in the modular platform provides by simulation software MMS(Modular Modeling System). Steady-state calculations show that:Calculation errors are all less than 2%.The load rejection test with plant spending electricity is conducted, results show that: For 300MW thermal power unit with 30% BMCR bypass system, the speed of turbine can be controled in the scope of provisions quickly after the load rejection by taking effective control strategy. The exhaust pressure of high-pressure cylinder drop failed, which lead to exhaust temperature of high-pressure cylinder is too high. Pay an attention on exhaust temperature in load rejection test with plant spending electricity,which will damage last stage blades of high-pressure cylinder, to avoid a security accident.
