| Gas Turbine is a kind of mechanism which has greater unit power, lighter unit weight, shorter start time and lower environment pollution. As a result, the gas turbine power plant has being more and more favored by the navies of various countries. However, it is difficult to master actual work process because of its highly nonlinear characteristic. The gas turbine simulation model is built to resolve this problem, which has important significance and can be used to predict the characteristics of the actual work and study the problem in the process of running.This paper takes three-shaft Gas Turbine as the research object. The simulation model of three-shaft Gas Turbine system is built on the basis of analyzing the structure and characteristic of unit. The mathematical model and simulation model of the three-shaft Gas Turbine subsystem including the component models of compressor, combustion chamber, turbine, cubage, rotor, control system and so forth were built up with block method based on MATLAB/Simulink software. The treatment to characteristic curves of compressor and turbine is one of the keys to build up the simulation model of gas turbine, which has great impact on the accuracy. This paper uses Matlab Toolbox to fit the compressor characteristic curve by two-step fitting one variable method based on least squares method. It has reached the satisfactory fitting precision.Lastly, the simulation model of three-shaft Gas Turbine system was created through the link of the subsystems. Run this simulation and compare the simulation results and the experimental data which prove the correctness of the modeling method, and verify the accurate of the simulation results, as well as lay the foundation for the assessment of the gas turbine system operation. |
