| As the world's most populous and the largest building construction, the per capita resources extremely scarce, and low energy efficiency developing countriy, China's ecological and sustainable development is a problem placed in front of for all architects. Although after 2005, China experienced a boom of ecological building design, theory also presents a new Xiangrong sight, but behind the rapid development of design practice, there is incomprehensive public opinion and practice, and internationalization of high technology "ecological building" popular, ecological building design from the local natural environment, contrary to the basic principles of ecological construction has seriously affected the sustainable development of our strategic objectives. In theory, there is also insufficient, for example, the study of ecological building which almost all focused on a variety of eco-technologies, but research on the relationship between ecological building and regional building, ecological building how to respond to the natural environment ,such construction area of research is not enough breadth and depth.The paper based on the theory of ecological building practices and the status of research aimed at more accurate, more intuitive to provide a theoretical foundation and reference for the architect's design, attempts to summarize ecological building design strategy.base on China's conditions. In a large number of theoretical analysis, literature review and field research, the investigation, comparison, analysis as a primary means, This paper according to "ask questions - of the problem - solving problems - conclusion" of the technical routes.First, the paper analyzes the modern classical theories of ecological building, and re-interpretation of ecological building, most of these theories have emphasized the importance and necessity of ecological building design respond to local natural environment, and most of they resolve the "respond to regional natural environment," with response to local construction materials, response to topography and response to regional climate three aspects, we can see that, in response to local natural environment is a necessary requirement of ecological building, while response to regional building materials, terrain environment and regional climate is also a realization of an effective way to realize building ecology.Then, according to the specific ecological building design how to respond to local environment issues, on the basis of analyzing, and improving summing up, this paper propose design strategy in three areas were aimed at local building materials, terrain and geographical environment and climatic: 1) from the reduction of construction materials in the production, transportation and other sectors of the energy consumption and environmental impact:the strategy of use local materials, use of local traditional materials and its'update, reuse of waste materials, response to regional economic and cultural materials was proposed .and give more for detailed and specific with argument and examples; 2) from the angle of reduction of environmental damage on the base of the the terrain, proposed three different approaches to different terrain environment, namely Futu type ecological treatment strategies, overhead type ecological treatment strategies and ground-based ecological treatment strategies, and discusses in detail these three types of eco-efficiency approach, application, processing methods and technology strategy; 3) from the of view of building energy saving and energy use, for our climate partition proposed : cold and very cold regions of the "closed thermal + solar use" strategy; summer and warm winter and mild of the "ventilation + shading" design strategy; summer and cold winter region " activities ventilation + activities shading + activities insulation" design strategy. Climate resource-rich region, the initiative put forward strategies for the utilization of climate resources, including wind active use, solar active use, geothermal active use and the integration design with architecture. On a detailed study of these three are a lot of charts and tables show the intuitive way of research results ,benefit to guide the design of ecological buildings.Finally, by analyzing a few representative works with the local natural environment, ecological architecture, demonstrating that most of these building materials from the geographical, topographical and geographical environment, three aspects of climate response to the natural environment, and achieve a good ecological effects. It also proves the correctness of this design strategy and design strategy proposed in this paper, under the guidance of the author conducted an ecological building design proposed, also proved that the the strategy proposed in this paper have appropriateness and operability in .guiding ecological building design. |
