In the modern military and civilian aircraft, the different systems, systems and devices, different devices need to transfer large amounts of information. As electronic technology and the rapid development of computer technology and extensive application of digital technology and their successful application in the aviation field, Avionics generally begin to introduce digital technology, Making digital transmission systems become an important means of information transmission.It not only improves the disadvantages that traditional analog transmission brings, but also improves the plane degree of integration of electronic devices and reduces maintenance costs. ARINC429 is the widely used aviation digital data bus format. It solves many of the contradictions and conflicts existing in ARINC419 norms,and provides a unified platform for the interconnection between systems.PCI bus can provide high-performance data communications for main CPU and peripherals . 32-bit maximum data transfer rate is 132MB / s. When upgrade to 64-bit data width, data transfer rate up to 264MB / s. This is the merit that the other bus can not compare.PCI bus is not limited to the type of the CPU.PCI bus efficiently solves real-time data transmission and storage problems.Compared to using programmable logic device, This PCI interfaces using special interface chip PCI9054 to shorten the development time.Error control refers to data transmission systems, to control data errors caused by various factors .The core of error control is error control coding. The basic idea is that to add a number of symbol to the transmitter with certain rules. The symbol and the original information symbol are bound together with some set rule.At the receiving end through checking the relationship between the symbol and the original information symbol, can find errors and correct mistakes.The main content of the paper includes four parts. The first is ARINC429 protocol standard. The second is PCI protocol standard. The third is the basic principles of error control. The last is the detailed design of ARINC429 card.
