With the rapid development of modern embedded technology, several merits of the Embedded system make its application more and more extensive,such as inexpensive,small and stable. The adventage of high speed, transmission reliability,flexible configuration,etc,make the network communication more and more suitable in measuring and controlling system applications. The embedded measuring and controlling system combined the embedded systems and network interface is widely used in the remote monitoring control system and distributed control system.The current situation of the ARINC429 equipment widely used in the internal field maintenance of teaching and research is studied and analyzed. The problems of data upgrade,transmission distance and portability in specialized equipment applied by avionics manufacturers and geneal board in Measurement &Control system are studied carefully. The AFDX on the Airbus A380, Boeing 787 and the China Commercial Aircraft C919 is studied.To solve a range of issues mentioned in special test equipment and general board.Reference the AFDX technologies, introduce the Ethernet which is well established to the design of the board,proposed to design a Network-based multi-channel avionics bus test interface boardBased on the research of the Ethernet and aviation bus, the author designed a Network-based test board of multi-channel aviation bus in this paper. System uses the latest32-bit ARM microcontroller as the processing core based on Coretx-M3 core,single-chip network interface chip W5100, ARINC429 bus interface chip HS-3282, level drive chip HS-3182, Constitute a high reliability, simple structure of Web-based test board of multi-channel aviation bus.The paper focuses on the design of hardware structure and the implementation of software design. Its internal transmitting data packets use a custom data format to implement conversion of Ethernet data and ARINC429 data word. The board can be configured in several modes by PC instruction, including time to send data word, adding a time label, setting the label filtering.The board has applicated in the project of CFDS system key technology of airborne research. The experimental results show that the board can achieve stable data transmission between Ethernet and ARINC429, and fully meet the requirements of data communications in measurement and control systems of aviation.
