For the sake of flight security of airplanes, environment control system and communication system with high reliability are necessary. As for control system, reliable controls on some key parameters such as environmental temperature are required to ensure function of electronic system. In traditional control theory, exact mathematic models on control objects are needed, then according to these models and given targets, we can choose proper control regulations to design control system. In this issue, traditional PID controller and ordinary fuzzy controller are made together for design on intelligent fuzzy controller based on single-chip. Moreover, temperature control system based on CAN bus is also configured in this issue. As for communication system, ARINC429 bus is introduced which is in common use among avionic system buses. Therefore, together with CAN-based field bus and ARINC429 standard, temperature control network is configured. Main study is on following aspects: 1. Temperature control network configuration together with CAN-based field bus and ARINC429 standard: System—CAN-ARINC429—Unit of measure and control—sensors. 2.Design on hardware and software of intelligent temperature measurement and control unit. 3.Design and testing on CAN bus communication unit as a network node 4.Design and testing on CAN-ARINC429 gateway. 5.Sufficient testing, high and low temperature test, EMI test, vibration test and full temperature control curve included.
