Research On Design Of Intelligent Building Energy Consumption Measurement And Management

With the rapid economic development, the contradiction between energy and development has been concerned, and energy-saving has been included into the basic national policies. Building energy-saving is the most direct and effective energy conservation methods. An important building energy-saving method is using building technology to establish energy consumption measurement and management system.Currently, there's little research on applying Intelligent Building technologies to energy consumption measurement, especially to renewable energy. So the paper focuses on optimal design of energy consumption measurement system in Intelligent Building, and bringing renewable energy applications into the system.Firstly, this paper analyzes and researches the energy consumption measurement system, sums up the design method and content of the system so that provides technical support to optimize the design of the energy consumption measurement system.Secondly, the paper researches how to optimize energy consumption measurement system design using BMS monitoring conditions, and bring the renewable energy applications into the system, so that expands the contents of Intelligent Building system.Thirdly, the paper illustrates the process of integrating energy consumption measurement system into BMS using SynchroIBMS, and developing the monitor configuration interface of cold energy metering for cold station. Then integrate energy consumption measurement system into Intelligent Building management platform using the software SynchroRtPortal to achieve the final integration management.Finally, summarizes the dissertation, indicates the deficiency and shows the next step.This paper presents a optimal design of energy consumption measurement system, brings the renewable energy applications into the system that expands the contents of Intelligent Building system, provides a theoretical basis and implementation method to promote the use of energy consumption measurement system in Intelligent Building, and has real value and practical significance.
