If SEAM modifier is put directly while asphalt mixture is mixed, it may reduce the asphalt content, enhance strength and modulus of asphalt mixture, improve rutting resistance and fatigue resistance, reduce the construction temperature, save energy and reduct emission platoon, the SEAM modified asphalt was said of a kind of energy saving and superior performance pavemeny materials, this article researches the technology of SEAM Modified Asphalt Overlay of Concrete Cement Pavement,based on the Yantai-Weihai high-speed test road.High-and-low temperature performance, fatigue resistance performance and water resistance performance of SEAM modified asphalt mixture are studied by the massive laboratory test, and the working status of SEAM modified asphalt mixture overlay is evaluated by the weary simulation reflection crack experiment. Because the modulus of SEAM asphalt mixture is different from common asphalt mixture, and lack of mechanical properties research of the SEAM modified asphalt overlay, so it is necessary to research the coupling stress of SEAM modified asphalt overlay.Because the destroy condition of concrete cement pavement is not same, it has the functionality and the constitutive question at the same time, so it is necessary to divide the old concrete pavement into reasonable road section division according to the difference of old pavement destruction condition and constitutive question, and then carry on different overlay scheme in the view of different request. Based on the research of division of old concrete pavement and the influence of traffic volume and temperature division to overlay structure, the article propose the typical pavement structure of SEAM modified asphalt layer of old concrete pavement with different destruction condition, which base on the division of destruction condition and temperature. And the reliability design standard of SEAM modified asphalt overlay is proposed based on the research of the reliability of overlay, and finally the design variable of SEAM modified asphalt is proposed by analysis of tentative data.
