Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture is a new conservation materials for patch,this material,which have some advantages such as enegey-save and high-efficiency,is not restricted by climate and with use with repair. In the recent few years, though there is many kind of Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture,the Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture performs differently because of the shortage of relevant evaluation guideline for its service performance, moreover,the materal is so expensive, all this has restricted its further applications.This paper reviewed research data, on the current make up of asphalt mixture problems were analyzed, and fill with cold asphalt mixture performance requirements as a starting point, drawing on traditional cold patch asphalt mix technology, the introduction of micro-capsules and tackifier reinforcement concept, developed through the repeated laboratory experiments a new type of cold-fill additives, and by laboratory tests and physical implementation of the project, show that the cold-fill additives can significantly improve the mixture of Cold work, storage, and properties such as strength, but also has low price, convenient operation. At the same time,This article also complement the cold asphalt mixture workability, compaction, storage, sex, initial strength, forming strength, cohesiveness, water and high temperature stability and other aspects of the research system and, based on mixture of Cold performance characteristics, made up for the cold asphalt mixture performance evaluation and criteria.In this paper, various entities in Tibet implementation of the project, added the cold asphalt production technology, construction technology to store process and in-depth studies, through the entity project implementation and results under the latter observation, that Zi Bu refrigeration and cold patch asphalt additives mixture has an excellent performance to meet road maintenance requirements Pothole repair defects, repair works well, can further expand the applications.
