According to domestic and international statistics show that the solid particle contamination of hydraulic system failure caused the total failure of 60% to 70%, especially for hard solid particles that are more likely to occur wear of hydraulic components, decreasing performance of the hydraulic components, the final failure. Therefore, the need for effective management of oil pollution, timely and accurate on the hydraulic system to detect oil pollution conditions, in order to take appropriate control measures; in order to obtain best value for money, so that hydraulic system to pollution-line real-time monitoring achieved by quality oil change. Therefore oil pollution monitoring and control to do in-depth study is necessary.This paper of oil pollution monitoring system of basic theory research and analysis, comparison, and finally determined based on constant power method is developed, based on the method of constant power differential pressure oil pollution through on-line monitoring system, the oil pollution and ultrafiltration membrane ends pressure and hydraulic oil cylinder movement speed. On the basis of the mathematical model was established, and the calculation method of mathematical model with analyses and demonstrates the detection system, design of each component. This part of the control system of the qualitative analysis of the control system, the selection of parts. Finally AMEsim software for oil pollution on-line monitoring system, and the simulation results are analyzed, the conclusion proved based on constant power differential method of oil pollution on-line monitoring system, correctness and feasibility of the design theory.
