| Mountainous areas which account for 2/3 of the China's total areas are very large.When mountainous freeways are designed, they are subjected to complex topography, geomorphology and geology conditions.The proportion of bridge structures is increasing in order to meet the route linetype. Therefore, the deck pavement quality is directly related to the quality of the entire mountainous freeways construction.In recent years, there were early diseases such as rutting, cracks, pot holes and surface loosening in deck pavement layers, which had aroused great attention. The requirements of strength, flexibility, high temperature stability, fatigue durability and waterproofness are very high due to the deck pavement layer complex forces and special work environment.The main topics of this thesis are the deck pavement which are cement concrete box girder continuous bridges focusing on the asphalt pavement layer. The thesis relies on the deck pavement engineering of Xi'an-Hanzhong freeway combined with the current situations for deck pavement at home and abroad. The causes for typical diseases, structural mechanics, structure combination of pavement layer and waterproof and cohesive layer, materials and pavement performance, construction techniques and construction quality control techniques were studied systematically for the deck pavement of cement concrete in mountainous freeway. The studied results have important practical significance for the design, construction and quality control of deck pavement of cement concrete in mountainous freeway in the future. |
