Process Design And Simulation Research For Mail-Disposing Center

Among the plan design of a mail processing center, industrial process design is the key of mail processing centers'design and planning, which will affect the efficiency of mails'sorting and turnover. Industrial process design which is the important link of mail processing centers'design reflexes the processing flow of from receiving to sending of mails by using the design graphic of industrial process design. Industrial process working flow is the core of industrial process design. During the whole design flow, instruments choosing, industrial computing and devices distribution all affect the industrial process flow directly, and are the key process of industrial process design organization.This paper focuses on the design of inner industrial process and flow of the posting processing system. First of all, general instruction of posting processing center and the difference between posting processing center and common logic center are presented in this paper. Second, tactics of general plan of posting processing centers, mails sorting machines, pulling and hanging system and other instruments in processing flow are introduced briefly in this paper. A common model of how to prognosis and analyze the number of outlets of sorting machines. At last, the principle of the design of posting processing center. According to this design scheme SLP and SHA method are used in the plan method of logistics system's devices. And scheme graphic, simple industrial process flow graphic and whole industrial process scheme are showed in this paper at the same time.Combining with computer simulation and mail processing centers' industrial process design, building simulation model using flexism, and improving the parameters in the model mentioned in this paper and analyzing the simulation results, a general method of mail processing center industrial process flow design is presented in this paper. The mail processing center for modern operating systems of production and distribution center planning and design process has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
