| Based on the research of existing 3D-map display technology and current geographic information systems, the paper identifies the following research goals: study the current geographic information systems, especially the KML language standard used in the foreign free Google Earth product, study and design a common light and transplantable electric patrol geographic display system which meets the requirement of the item. The existing commercial geographic information systems may be expensive and interactiveless, but the electric patrol geographic display system in this paper will overcome these. This paper studies and designs a KML standard based electric patrol geographic display system. With LOD technology, the system reduces the long time in loading KML files in order to improve the efficiency; with timer and other elements, the system can update all the KML files dynamically at certain times and respond in real time. Most of the common systems can edit or check the related information by clicking one single place. By importing or exporting information files, this system can also make users able to import or export information about the electric facilities in batch at any time, which makes the system more interactive. The main job of this paper is studying and designing a flexible KML standard based electric patrol geographic display system, and integrating it into the power information system. The current electric patrol geographic display systems are developed by calling the severel interfaces given by the geographic information systems, which makes those systems too dependent and less transplantable. This system seperates the display contents from the display modes via KML files, and displays the electric patrol geographic information dynamically via the combination of dynamic mode with static one. The testing results of typical function applications in the item indicate that, it is stable and high-performance; besides, the system is fully consistent with the flexibility needs of system and achieves the research aims and project goals. |
