In order to curb global greenhouse gas emissions, "low-carbon economy" becomes incresingly important. People are eager to find new clean energy sources.In this case, the fuel cell and other new energy sources are more competitive[1].Fuel cell generating unit involves complex chemical, physical problems. By manual operations, we obviously can not reach the efficiency, safety, stability requirements. Therefore, the design of a fully functional fuel cell generator condition monitoring and control system is necessary.My research focused on the following areas:(1)Studied the general characteristics of the Fuel Cell Generator Condition Monitoring and Control System, and developed the network for this system.(2)Studied the hardware interface design and software programming of CAN bus comunication in this system.(3)Studied the hardware interface design and software programming of RS485 bus comunication in this system.(4)Studied the characteristics of the controlled object, and designed control solutions to achieve system control functions.(5)Studied the characteristics of the monitored object, and designed monitoring solutions to achieve system monitoring functions.(6)Studied the software programming and hardware design of CAN bus network node controller.(7)Studied the designed of remote monitoring PC user interface.
