After the peak of the construction of highway, a lot of asphalt pavement need to maintenance and reconstruct.It will produce the massive reclaimed asphalt pavement. If you don't take some measures to use;it will have plenty of land resources.At the same time, it will cause pollution of soil and environment. There many methods on recycled asphalt, the central plant recycling technology of mixed asphalt mixture performance is mostly stable. Warm Mix Asphalt technology originated in the 90s of last century.After certain time's development, the technical is mature.In Europe and North America have widely application. Warm Mix Asphalt Technology can reduce the asphalt mixing and compacting temperature, it can reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution in the asphalt mixture production process. Evotherm is one of warm mix asphalt technology; it is based on the technology of asphalt emulsion. It can effectively reduce the asphalt mixture mixing and compaction temperature with not changing the performance of asphalt mixture.Evotherm was used for recycling recycled asphalt mixture in this paper, it was warm recycled mixture. In this paper, It research on how to deal with reclaimed asphalt pavement, the regeneration mechanism of reclaimed asphalt pavement, the old asphalt transferred in recycling process, Warm Mix Asphalt recycled mixing designed, selecting mixing plant regeneration of Warm Mix Asphalt, the pavement performance of Warm recycled Mix Asphalt Mixture and putted forward some suggestions and technical measures.The test results show that:The state of old asphalt in the recycled mixture is associated with the mixing process, the old asphalt is usually part of mixed with new asphalt; Warm recycled mixture have good compaction with low temperature relative to hot recycled mixture, The recommendation of mixing temperature is 130℃, The temperature of compaction is about 120℃, the temperature of final compaction is not lower than 100℃;The performance of warm recycled mixture is good, the warm recycled mixture have certain economic efficiency and very significant social efficiency.
