In recent years,most of the highway in our country has basically into the period of maintenance,the maintenance of highway not only need a lot of new resources,but also a large amount of waste asphalt mixture pile up,cause a great impact on the environment.The warm recycled technique is a kind of energy saving,low carbon,green and recycled regeneration maintenance technology,compared with ordinary hot recycled asphalt mixture,asphalt warm recycled asphalt mixture have high efficiency,saving energy,reducing energy consumption,less dosage of asphalt,effectively reduce the project cost,etc.Shandong Jianzhu University Laboratory has researched warm regenerant,so the produced warm recycled asphalt and asphalt mixture have great pavement performance.The warm recycled technique in our country start late,At present,we still lack comprehensive study about the pavement performance and Design method of warm recycled asphalt mixture.Therefore this paper through research pavement performance of warm recycled asphalt mixture to make up the blank.First of all,We analyze the RAP and warm recycled asphalt based on the aging mechanism of asphalt and asphalt mixture and the regeneration mechanism.Secondly,we determine the temperature of recycled asphalt mixture is suitable for the mixing temperature and mixing process with the help of laboratory test.Once more,We analyze the road performance and compaction performance of warm recycled asphalt mixture of different dosage warm regenerant,determine the Best warm regenerant dosage and the best compaction temperature.Finally,Finally combined with laboratory test results,in practical engineering,warm recycled technique for the application,put forward the corresponding warm recycled asphalt mixture technical standards.The research and analysis of this paper reach the results that in warm recycled asphalt,the matrix asphalt has better compatibility with warm regenerant;when warm regenerantdosage are 8% and 10%,the best mixing temperature of warm recycled asphalt mixture are100 ? and 120 ? respectively.the best curing condition of warm recycled asphalt mixture is room temperature curing 48 h;with the increase of warm regenerant dosage,the high temperature performance ? low temperature performance ? fatigue performance and water stability performance of warm recycled asphalt mixture are improved,but the resist loose performance is not big,the best warm regenerant dosage of warm recycled asphalt mixture is10%;with the increase of compaction temperature,the change law of warm recycled asphalt mixture specimen height is increase first and then decrease,when the temperature is 100 ?,the height rate of change is the largest,so the spinning compaction effect of warm recycled asphalt mixture is best;we calculated the relationship between compactness and rotating compaction times of warm recycled asphalt mixture(warm regenerant dosage: 10%,compaction temperature: 100 ?),when rotating compaction times is 40,achieve relatively dense skeleton structure status inside the warm recycled asphalt mixture;through state road?provincial road?township road three engineering examples show that warm recycled asphalt mixture has good use effect.The purpose of this paper is to promote the development and improvement of warm recycled asphalt mixture,and fully reflect its tremendous social value and excellent pavement performance...
