At present, the traffic development of our country has entered a new era, the resources waste and environmental pollution at highway engineering is gradually becoming the history, when pavements are built or maintained, the discarded old material has gradually been recycled and reused. Green is an important embodiment, when the people pursuit a better life, focusing on the solution to the harmony between man and nature. Insisting on the green development and exploring the new mode of sustainable development of highway engineering, for our country from the large traffic nation to the powerful traffic nation to lay a solid foundation.In this paper, old material, milled and recycled from an expressway surface in the Liaoning province, is the research object to do the tests of Warm-Recycled Mix Asphalt. To meet road performance as the prerequisite, maximizing the blending rate of old material by designing different test plans. And using Warm Mix Asphalt technology to prevent causing new pollution to the environment and achieve a multiplier effect.The laboratory test is the main research in this paper. Firstly, extract the aging asphalt from old material and make the recycled asphalt, three kinds of warm modified asphalt and three kinds of warm-recycled modified asphalt. Secondly do the tests like penetration, softening point, the rotational viscosity and infrared spectrum test for all the kinds of asphalt. Thirdly analyze the mechanism of aging asphalt, recycled asphalt, warm modified asphalt and warm-recycled modified asphalt. Finally, do the bending beam rheological test, and use Burgers mechanics model to fit creep stiffness data of BBR test with MATLAB software, analyze the low temperature performance of all the kinds of asphalt.Extract and analyze the recycling of the old asphalt mixture, making AC-16 as target regeneration grade, to determine the old material blending rate. Mixture test use three different kinds of warm mix asphalt additive, by Marshall compaction molding, analyze the compaction temperature and volume of air voids, do the pavement performance tests, and compare with Hot Mix Asphalt and Hot-Recycled Mix Asphalt.
