Our welding line use resistance welding, protector welding and spot welding.Bring forward the way and direction how to control the quality of welding. And discuss body structure remodel,introduce the form of welding line.Finally, introduce the develope phase of welding line,application and develop of equipment.Based on the factors of group factory, we research the class and layout design of FBL with the welding technology, and design one FBL.Then,introduce the section and function of this line,information of main parts welding, develop phase and function of check mould.Next,analyse procedure of this line and illustrate the way how to control the quality of welding.Analyse the factor of affecting body precision. Bring forward the way and consider how to control body precision.Introduce the application of three-coordinate measure and scan,estimate the produce periods. Finally, sum up the feature of the line,and set the equipment.The thesis study the theory of jig design,design one laser cut flexible jig and two welding flexible jig,and compare these welding jig.
