The Research On The Methods Of Design Quality Control For Automobile Body

In 2008, the annual output of the automobile industry in China mounts was to 9,345,101 which were about 15% of the world total. The rapid growth of our automobile industry was benefited from the nation automobile development policy and the huge market demand. But there was still a big performance gap for auto quality between international brands and ours. So the improvement of quality had become an important manifestation that made the enterprise obtain the ability to win the competition in the market. As the design process is the main formative stages of product quality, the enterprise had gradually focused on design quality controlling.This thesis by the research of designing quality control theory and technical methods, as well as analysis of the connotation of auto body quality, proposed a auto body design quality application system based on Quality Engineering in the guide of design mind for quality assurance. The system was consisted of target planning and quality assessment model. Some key technologies also were studied.1. The quality status of auto product in our country and the development of design quality control technology were studies in this thesis. Aiming at the problems in design progress, an auto body design quality control system driven by customer requirement consisted of target planning and assessment was built. The purpose was to improve the design quality ability of enterprise to obtain customer's satisfaction.2. From the four types of information target-sett ing needed, aiming at the auto body quality design characteristics that driven by customer requirement, restrained by regulation, competitor and own ability, design target planning system and product series planning method based on fuzzy theory were proposed. The calculating and reasoning methods for design-target-planning quality house were given out taking the outputs of classification reasoning model as input.3. From the view of economy, environment and technology and so on, an auto body design quality assessment model and its calculation method were also studied. Based on EXCEL, a fussy assessment system was developed by the use of Visual Basic language, realizing office automation in a part.4 A minivan body design was taken as an object, the car body design quality control methods described in this thesis were conducted the comparative analysis of examples, demonstrating the feasibility of study contents of this thesis. It was helpful for understanding and realizing the design quality control measures for enterprise.The given auto body design quality control system and its key technologies for realizing the model were in the favor of promoting the design quality control theory as well as the practice development and was of great significance for automobile enterprise continuous improvement of the quality.
