China is at present in the process of high-speed urbanization,it is also facing the problems of transformation of development and the significant change of urban morphology.In order to alleviate the pressures of population,land and motorization,the development of Rail Rapid Transit is becoming an acceptable and important way of solving the problem in China.Changsha is the third batch of urban rail transit construction,which launched the Rail Rapid Transit construction in September2009,and the future development of urban traffic pay attention to the development of urban rail transit.Rail transit construction is not only changing the pattern of the city,but also improving rail transit sites around the land value,the formation and development of business circle.These effects will bring a huge change in the commercial space structure,and form a new pattern of business.So how to scientific and rational analysis the Changsha city commercial space structure under the influence of rail transit,is the key problems that the paper need to research and solve.Space Syntax is the social logic language to understand urban spatial morphology,which can make use of advanced computer simulation technology to analyses living space structure including construction,settlements,cities and even landscape,and using a series of variables quantitatively to describe urban spatial morphology characteristic of different stages,and has a unique advantage in the research of the urban space morphology.Through quantitative analysis of syntax,we call sum up urban spatial morphology evolution,and accurately determine the direction of expansion of urban space,so as to provide a reference direction to urban construction and development.First of all,the paper using the development and evolution of urban spatial structure,business geography,time geography and consumer psychology theory to summarize the influence of rail transit on urban commercial spatial structure.With Changsha as an example,the author investigated respectively for Changsha city commercial space development,commercial network planning and related policy planning,rail transit construction situation;Secondly,making Changsha as an example for practical study,the paper constructs correlation model between the development of rail transit and the urban commercial spatial structure of development,which is from the macroscopic,medium and microcosmic view.In the whole range ofthe city level,the paper quantitative analysis of 2010-2015 and 2015-2020,under the influence of rail transit of Changsha city commercial space structure evolution,which are calculated by using topological space syntax space.And these statistical data classified into SPSS software analysis,thus the paper forecasts the Changsha commercial space under the influence of the structure of rail transit development:develop from the circle to the axial direction,from a single center to the multi-center group-style and drive the development and construction of suburban Metro.And under the guidance of rail transport,the future of Changsha commercial space structure is Spindle-level network;Finally the paper summarized the existing problems and put forward the interrelated suggestions.Hope this study can provide theoretical guidance for Changsha to achieve the planning objectives of building a new urban commercial spatial structure;and hope that Changsha urban commercial spatial structure can be guided in the rail transportation sustainable development.
