Study On The Functional Design Of Harbin Settlements Club

Settlements Club is an essential part in modern life, club is a building which to meet the needs of residents'cultural life. The various functions of settlements club is mainly to meet the material and spiritual needs of residents. Therefore, to settlements as the carrier, Settlements Club drive toward the positive direction of residential development, but in the process of settlements＇development, it is also subjected to the planning of residential areas, geographical and demographic factors.In this paper, through questionnaires, interviews and site visits which are the most direct and intuitive way, a large number of first-hand information has been mastered about residential areas and settlements of Harbin club. Through in-depth research, analysis has been made on the current settlements and the situation of Harbin settlements club, summarize the shortcomings of settlements in the design, propose the measures how to optimize Harbin settlements Club design, looking forward to inspire the development of Harbin settlements Club. Thesis is divided into the following sections:Chapter one:summarized the status of study on domestic and international settlements Club, and summarized the research background, purpose, meaning and structure of the framework and so onChapter two:studied on such as the origin of settlements clubs, the status of club development at home and abroad, described the process of clubs historical change.Chapter three:studied the classification of settlements on the residential type, clubs, business model, clubs morphogenesis, summarized the requirements of clubs function deployment on the different residential areas of the settlements,Chapter four:Through a large number of interviews and the collection of instances, using comparison, analysis, induction and other methods, deeply studied Harbin's residential areas and settlements on the club, proposed the problems of residential areas and settlements club.Chapter five:Through a lot of instances, further demonstrated the internal functional configuration problems of Harbin settlements, proposed strategies that would improve internal function deployment.Chapter six:Summed up the optimization approach on the status of external function set and landscape design.Finally, concluding on the basis of the former texts, through analysis and research, put forward further ideas on Harbin club's functional design, attempt to establish the a basis for the design of Harbin residential theoretical framework, provided valuable reference materials for Harbin settlements club design.
