Research On Formalized Solution Of Product Conceptual Design Integrated TOC/TRIZ/Fuzzy

Conceptual design is ordered, organization, targeted range of design activities from user need to generate conceptual product. It showed the process of evolving from coarse to fine, from fuzzy to clear, from concrete to abstract. As the conceptual design determines the key aspects of product design,so, it is one of conceptual design research hotspot.Based on research of the Theory of Constraint(TOC) and the Theory of invention problem solving(TRIZ),analysis the constraint relationship between demand information in the design of product needs, established a conceptual design process model of product design requirements, systematically describe the conceptual design process, to based on the TOC and TRIZ, established an integrated TOC/TRIZ model of the conceptual design process, established the concept of design evaluation method which based on Fuzzy, the project example is also studied. Main research includes:(1)Analysis of the status of conceptual design studies, the system processes of conceptual design, the lack of the current stage of conceptual design;(2)Studied the basic framework of the TOC and TRIZ, analysis the application method of the theory TOC and TRIZ, summarizes the theory TOC and TRIZ's advantage in conceptual design activities;(3)Established the method of semantic representation in requirements information, against the lack of information related expression, using the hierarchical structure tree to express the mutual binding in requirement information;(4)For the lack of a single theory to solve the problem of conceptual design, established the product concept design process which based on the integrated TOC/TRIZ;(5)Analysis the shortage in solving design evaluation of the theory TOC and TRIZ, using square root method to solve complex information, established the evaluation process using Fuzzy in conceptual design.
