| Design for Disassembly(DFD) is one of the main content and key technology of Green Design.DFD is an effective means to ensure product structure is easy assembly,easy disassembly and easy to maintain.Further more,DFD is the inevitable choice to make the reusable parts of waste products can be the full and effective recovery & reuse,so as to save resources & energy,and protect the environment. To achieve the goal of design for disassembly of product, the need is design for disassembly of joint structure between product parts.And the key point of design for disassembly of joint structure is the innovative methods.So, it is necessary to study the innovative methods of design for disassembly of joint structure.For solving the problems of design for disassembly of joint structure between product parts, TRIZ is used to provide innovative ideas to improve the disassembly property of joint structure,and two kinds of TRIZ-based DFD innovation methods are given.By extracting the joint connections between product components and parts, the Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM) Directed Graph of joint connections is established,and the methods of using ISM Directed Graph to analyze the hierarchy level of parts joint and its detachability are studied.The principles of design for disassembly of joint structure are summed up, the improving design methods and the rapid disassembly design methods of parts joint structure are introduced, and the evaluation methods of design for disassembly of product's joint structure also be introduced.Through constructing an associated table between 48 engineering parameters in New TRIZ Conflict Matrix and disassembly attributes of joint structure, one DFD innovation method is given based on TRIZ Conflict Resolution Principles. By constructing the Substance-Field Model of parts joint structure, another DFD innovation method is given based on TRIZ Su-Field Analysis Principles. At last, several design cases prove the feasibility of the proposed methods. |
